HRH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,060 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HRH1_S233, FOSL2, and TRIP10. Each is linked with HRH1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRH1-to-partner and partner-to-HRH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
