Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRH1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,623 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HRH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, NF2, and NDUFA6. Each is linked with HRH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRH1-to-partner and partner-to-HRH1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
