HRG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRG-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, TAZ, and ASNS. Each is linked with HRG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRG-to-partner and partner-to-HRG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by HRG-low versus HRG-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRG→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
