Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HRAS Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HRAS data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher HRAS Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HRAS expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BRCA and THCA are the cancer types where HRAS Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
