HRAS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRAS mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. THCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, PTEN, and PDCD4. Each is linked with HRAS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRAS-to-partner and partner-to-HRAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by HRAS-low versus HRAS-high in PCPG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
