HRAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HRAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,960 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRAS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC22A4, PRNP, and TSSC4. Each is linked with HRAS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRAS-to-partner and partner-to-HRAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HRAS versus SLC22A4 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
