HRAS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HRAS protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,484 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRAS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA aminoacylation for mitochondrial protein translation, Short-chain fatty acid catabolic process, and Glycolipid catabolic process. Each is linked with HRAS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRAS-to-partner and partner-to-HRAS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, tRNA aminoacylation for mitochondrial protein translation grouped by HRAS-low versus HRAS-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRAS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRAS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
