HPS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,927 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF7P1, MIR1238, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with HPS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS6-to-partner and partner-to-HPS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FGF7P1 grouped by HPS6-low versus HPS6-high in LGG.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
