HPS6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPS6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC32A1, HAND1, and PLPPR4. Each is linked with HPS6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS6-to-partner and partner-to-HPS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC32A1 grouped by HPS6-low versus HPS6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
