HPS5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPS5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 525 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS5-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A13, C10orf99, and IGFL3. Each is linked with HPS5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS5-to-partner and partner-to-HPS5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A13 grouped by HPS5-low versus HPS5-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS5→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
