HPS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,232 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR119, RNU6-934P, and CYMP-AS1. Each is linked with HPS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS3-to-partner and partner-to-HPS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR119 grouped by HPS3-low versus HPS3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
