HPS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF454, OR10K1, and RNASE3. Each is linked with HPS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS3-to-partner and partner-to-HPS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF454 grouped by HPS3-low versus HPS3-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
