HPS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are XPNPEP1, RNU6-1213P, and MTCO3P19. Each is linked with HPS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPS1-to-partner and partner-to-HPS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, XPNPEP1 grouped by HPS1-low versus HPS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
