HPR

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,326 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVPR1A, SOCS3, and CD93. Each is linked with HPR in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPR-to-partner and partner-to-HPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPR versus AVPR1A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
