HPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 693 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51C, UFM1, and SPRYD7. Each is linked with HPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPR-to-partner and partner-to-HPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51C grouped by HPR-low versus HPR-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
