HPN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,327 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are TENT5C, CALHM6, and FCGR3A. Each is linked with HPN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPN-to-partner and partner-to-HPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TENT5C grouped by HPN-low versus HPN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
