HPN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, PDE4C, and MAP3K8. Each is linked with HPN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPN-to-partner and partner-to-HPN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 grouped by HPN-low versus HPN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPN→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
