HPGDS

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPGDS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,743 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPGDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC24, PRELP, and MS4A2. Each is linked with HPGDS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPGDS-to-partner and partner-to-HPGDS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPGDS versus ZCCHC24 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPGDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPGDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
