Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPGDS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 442 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HPGDS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL478P, MIR1263, and MIR1283-1. Each is linked with HPGDS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPGDS-to-partner and partner-to-HPGDS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL478P grouped by HPGDS-low versus HPGDS-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPGDS→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPGDS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
