Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPGDS RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,778 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HPGDS-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion, Negative regulation of CD4-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and rRNA transcription. Each is linked with HPGDS in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPGDS-to-partner and partner-to-HPGDS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein localization to mitochondrion grouped by HPGDS-low versus HPGDS-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
