HPF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 639 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1022P, TSPY19P, and MIR3619. Each is linked with HPF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPF1-to-partner and partner-to-HPF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1022P grouped by HPF1-low versus HPF1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
