HPD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,127 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNHIT3, UHRF1, and RPS3AP33. Each is linked with HPD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPD-to-partner and partner-to-HPD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNHIT3 grouped by HPD-low versus HPD-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
