Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HPD-associated genes across cancer lineages are HYAL4, HRG, and MMP20. Each is linked with HPD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPD-to-partner and partner-to-HPD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HYAL4 grouped by HPD-low versus HPD-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPD→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
