HPCAL4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPCAL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,374 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPCAL4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCLK1, CACNA2D1, and EEF2_S502. Each is linked with HPCAL4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPCAL4-to-partner and partner-to-HPCAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPCAL4 versus DCLK1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPCAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPCAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
