HPCAL4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPCAL4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 547 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPCAL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPCP20, RN7SKP12, and MIR4739. Each is linked with HPCAL4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPCAL4-to-partner and partner-to-HPCAL4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPCP20 grouped by HPCAL4-low versus HPCAL4-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPCAL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPCAL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
