Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPCAL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,033 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HPCAL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPCS3, CTSL, and SPCS1. Each is linked with HPCAL1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPCAL1-to-partner and partner-to-HPCAL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HPCAL1 versus SPCS3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.53.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPCAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPCAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
