HPCAL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPCAL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 332 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPCAL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP281, MIR550A2, and SNORD116-15. Each is linked with HPCAL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPCAL1-to-partner and partner-to-HPCAL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP281 grouped by HPCAL1-low versus HPCAL1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPCAL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPCAL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
