HP1BP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HP1BP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,447 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HP1BP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCC2, TRRAP, and RSF1. Each is linked with HP1BP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HP1BP3-to-partner and partner-to-HP1BP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HP1BP3 versus RCC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HP1BP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HP1BP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
