Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HP1BP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,390 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HP1BP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CXCR1, CXCR2, and ADGRG3. Each is linked with HP1BP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HP1BP3-to-partner and partner-to-HP1BP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HP1BP3 versus CXCR1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HP1BP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HP1BP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
