HOXD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXD3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PRAS40_pT246, and Rad50. Each is linked with HOXD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD3-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by HOXD3-low versus HOXD3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
