HOXD3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXD3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2, KRTAP13-2, and ARMH2. Each is linked with HOXD3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD3-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSG1L2 grouped by HOXD3-low versus HOXD3-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
