HOXD13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXD13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD13-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bax, 14-3-3_beta, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with HOXD13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD13-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bax grouped by HOXD13-low versus HOXD13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXD13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXD13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
