Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXD13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,601 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXD13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA-templated transcription initiation, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, and Protein-RNA complex assembly. Each is linked with HOXD13 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD13-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD13 results are reported.
