The most reproducible HOXD12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of stem cell population maintenance, Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with HOXD12 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXD12-to-partner and partner-to-HOXD12 results are reported.
