Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXC13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,904 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOXC13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spliceosome conformational change to release U4 (or U4atac) and U1 (or U11), Spliceosomal snRNP assembly, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with HOXC13 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXC13-to-partner and partner-to-HOXC13 results are reported.
