Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXC12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,444 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXC12-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Embryonic appendage morphogenesis, Positive regulation of cell cycle phase transition, and Positive regulation of mitotic cell cycle. Each is linked with HOXC12 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXC12-to-partner and partner-to-HOXC12 results are reported.
