Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXC12 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,876 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOXC12-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMR1, HERC1, and RAB11A. Each is linked with HOXC12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXC12-to-partner and partner-to-HOXC12 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXC12 versus FMR1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXC12→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXC12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
