HOXC11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXC11 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXC11-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Rictor_pT1135, and TFRC. Each is linked with HOXC11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXC11-to-partner and partner-to-HOXC11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by HOXC11-low versus HOXC11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXC11→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXC11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
