HOXB4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,824 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXB3, HOXB6, and HOXB8. Each is linked with HOXB4 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB4-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXB4 versus HOXB3 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
