HOXB3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXB3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTEN, Ku80, and c-Kit. Each is linked with HOXB3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB3-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTEN grouped by HOXB3-low versus HOXB3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
