HOXB3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXB3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,592 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HOXB4, HOXB6, and HOXB8. Each is linked with HOXB3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXB3-to-partner and partner-to-HOXB3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXB3 versus HOXB4 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
