HOXA4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD92, OR10S1, and RNU1-17P. Each is linked with HOXA4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA4-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
