HOXA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,727 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HOXA3_S184, HOXA4_S109, and LTBP4. Each is linked with HOXA2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA2-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HOXA2 versus HOXA3_S184 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
