HOXA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,315 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KTN1-AS1, MAFG, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with HOXA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA2-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KTN1-AS1 grouped by HOXA2-low versus HOXA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
