HOXA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRIN2B, SLC35G3, and KRTAP6-1. Each is linked with HOXA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA2-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRIN2B grouped by HOXA2-low versus HOXA2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
