Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA13 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOXA13-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and EGFR. Each is linked with HOXA13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA13-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by HOXA13-low versus HOXA13-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA13→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
