Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HOXA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,215 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HOXA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5689, LINC01275, and RNA5SP436. Each is linked with HOXA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA1-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5689 grouped by HOXA1-low versus HOXA1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
