HOXA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HOXA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HOXA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GALNT8, ZSCAN1, and PRKACG. Each is linked with HOXA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HOXA1-to-partner and partner-to-HOXA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GALNT8 grouped by HOXA1-low versus HOXA1-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HOXA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HOXA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
