HORMAD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HORMAD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,107 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HORMAD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR760, MCM5, and PHF5A. Each is linked with HORMAD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HORMAD2-to-partner and partner-to-HORMAD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR760 grouped by HORMAD2-low versus HORMAD2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HORMAD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HORMAD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
