Across TCGA cell cohorts, HORMAD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 180 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HORMAD2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein K63-linked ubiquitination, Positive regulation of cytoplasmic translational initiation, and Neuron-neuron synaptic transmission. Each is linked with HORMAD2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HORMAD2-to-partner and partner-to-HORMAD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein K63-linked ubiquitination grouped by HORMAD2-low versus HORMAD2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
